You can have your own Fitness Business Accreditation under Fitmum or Fitwomen!

Edwina’s health businesses offer Fitwomen/Fitmum accreditation courses for those in the fitness industry who qualify to become accredited with us and maintain our high level of fitness trainers in Australia under our brands.  This accreditation program is available to gyms and individual personal trainers. The programs are Fitmum for pregnancy and post-natal training developed by  Edwina Griffin( pt and hypnotherapist), Dr Joanna McMillan(dietitian & nutritionist) and Lynn Griffin( physiotherapist).
